Oil Filter Performance Tester

Oil Filter Performance Tester, or oil filter performance tester, is a device specially used to evaluate and test the performance of oil filters. It simulates actual working conditions to comprehensively test the key performance parameters of the oil filter, such as filtration efficiency, flow characteristics, pressure resistance, and dirt resistance, to ensure the effectiveness and reliability of the oil filter in the system.

Main functions

• Filtration efficiency test: evaluates the ability of the oil filter to filter out impurities under specific conditions, usually measured by the change in the impurity content in the oil before and after filtration.
• Flow characteristic test: tests the working performance of the oil filter at different flow rates, including indicators such as pressure loss and flow stability.
• Pressure resistance test: evaluates the working stability and structural integrity of the oil filter under high pressure.
• Dirt resistance test: simulates the accumulation process of pollutants in the oil, and tests the working life and performance changes of the oil filter under continuous pollution conditions.

Applications
●It is used to test: differential pressure/flow properties, bypass element property, by valve response pressure, filter element blocking life, filter element high-pressure resistance loss, high-oil-temperature resistance.

●The main test system pipelines are made of stainless steel. The pipe joints and pipeline layout avoid flow dead zones, thereby avoiding the accumulation of impurities during long-term use and ensuring the repeatability and consistency of the test bench.

●It is mainly composed of a peristaltic pump, a bypass valve, a differential pressure sensor, a filter container, and an impurity mixer.
