The working principle of RTO thermal storage oxidation furnace;
The RTO thermal oxidation furnace burns and oxidizes organic waste gas into carbon dioxide and water at a high temperature of 800 ℃, thereby achieving the goal of purifying waste gas. Compared with traditional catalytic combustion and direct combustion thermal oxidation furnaces (T0), RTO thermal storage oxidation furnaces have the advantage of "heat storage", which stores the heat after combustion for preheating newly entered organic waste gas. The combustion purification efficiency is over 99%, and the heat recovery is over 95%. RTO thermal storage oxidation furnace is suitable for high concentration and high air volume organic waste gas.

RTO thermal storage oxidation furnace technology is a relatively mature, stable, and effective organic waste gas treatment equipment, which is a combination of Chinese and Western waste gas treatment technology. The RTO thermal storage oxidation furnace effectively improves the heat exchange system, recovers and reuses the heat energy of oxidation and decomposition, and has a slight advantage in the exhaust gas treatment equipment.
