The purpose of medium efficiency bag filters is that they have a novel structure, small size, high dust capacity, and long service life. They are generally used in conjunction with primary efficiency plate filters in industries such as automotive industry, hotels, office buildings, central air conditioning, centralized ventilation systems, cleanrooms, and return air conditioning systems, as well as in pre filtration systems for medium efficiency and high-efficiency filtration devices.
Air filters are divided into many styles, such as primary efficiency filters, medium efficiency filters, and high-efficiency filters. Medium efficiency filters are further divided into medium efficiency plate filters, medium efficiency bag filters, and V-shaped/box filters. Each bag of the medium efficiency bag filter is fixed in a U-shaped frame by a separate support grille. The support grille of the bag is mechanically fixed together with adjacent grilles to ensure a sturdy structure and prevent damage during transportation and use. The support and grille are tightly integrated, not only preventing leakage between bags, but also ensuring the stability and reliability of the mechanism.
