The photovoltaic industry, which is formed by the widely used and developed silicon materials in the new materials and new energy industries, utilizes the photovoltaic effect to generate electricity by shining sunlight on silicon materials. In the photovoltaic industry, the main stages of process waste gas generation are silicon chip production, solar cell production, and solar cell module production.
Photovoltaic waste gas mainly includes acid-base waste gas, organic waste gas, heat exhaust and ordinary gas, dusty waste gas, and flammable and explosive gas. Organic waste gas is generated during the silicon chip waste wire cutting stage, battery screen printing, and sintering stage, due to the high temperature and heat during these stages, which cause the volatilization of organic compounds, mainly composed of volatile organic gases.
Regarding the waste gas generated by the new materials and new energy industries, the new materials and new energy waste gas treatment process can consider the following technologies to solve:
