1. Pretreatment stage

Curing: After the bonding is completed, the filter needs to be cured for a period of time to ensure that the adhesive is fully cured and reaches the expected bonding strength. The length of the curing time depends on the type of adhesive and the machine settings.
4. Subsequent processing and testing
Trimming and cleaning: After curing, the filter is trimmed and cleaned as necessary to remove excess adhesive and impurities.
Quality inspection: Finally, the air filters produced are quality inspected, including appearance inspection, dimensional measurement, performance testing, etc., to ensure that the product quality meets relevant standards and customer requirements.
