In the Cabin Air Filter (CAF) production line, the Full-automatic Strips Bonding Machine is usually used for key links such as lamination and bonding of filter media, bonding of frames to filter media, and bonding of additional components.
1. Lamination and bonding of filter media
Lamination process: The fully automatic strips bonding machine may be used to accurately stack and bond multiple layers of filter media (such as nonwoven fabrics, activated carbon layers, PET mesh, etc.). This is a key step in forming the complex structure of CAF, ensuring that the layers of materials are tightly bonded to improve filtration efficiency and airflow performance.

2. Bonding of frame to filter media
Frame assembly: In the CAF manufacturing process, the filter media needs to be bonded to the metal or plastic frame to form a complete filter unit. The fully automatic strips bonding machine may play a role in this link to ensure uniform and strong bonding between the filter media and the frame.
