Full-auto Turntable Bottom Plate Welding Machine achieves precise welding of filter bottom plates on Spin-On Oil & Fuel Filter Line through a highly automated process. The working process starts with material preparation and equipment commissioning, followed by the automated welding stage, including electrode positioning, welding current passage, molten pool formation and solidification, and continuous welding using a rotating table. During the welding process, the equipment monitors and adjusts parameters in real time, and uses a cooling system and shielding gas to ensure quality. After welding is completed, the weld is cleaned and quality inspected.
