Subsequently, the composite layer is assembled with other components such as the frame and support mesh to form a complete filter layer. Throughout the production process, strict quality control and testing are carried out from material bonding strength to the filtration efficiency and airflow resistance of the finished product to ensure that the performance and quality of the final product meet the relevant standards, thereby producing efficient and reliable HVAC filters.
